“Keep The Flame Of Passion” – Outstanding bakery workshop series of Rich Products Vietnam

With more than 11 diverse themed cake galleries and demonstrations of new applications from Rich's top-tier pastry chefs, the workshop series named "Keep The Flame Of Passion" took place in Vietnam nationally deserves being the most spectacular and the most anticipated event from our dear customers as well as the community of cake lovers.

The spotlight of the workshop series is the unique and varied cake galleries, presenting most of the main festive season themes of the year such as Christmas, New Year, Wedding, Mid-Autumn, Vu Lan, Valentine's Day; and trendy decorative cakes (flowers, birthday and longevity ceremony), as well as Western cakes and baked goods. This is also the chance to introduce Rich's “hot” beverage applications such as cereal milk (rice milk, black sesame milk), milk foam, milk tea, and applications from Rich's Syrup. Capturing the latest trends, Rich's cake galleries are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also highly applicable to many bakeries or cafés-bakery shops.

To enhance the customers’ experience, Rich's technical sales representatives constantly demonstrated new applications at the demo counter. Rich's performances were highly appreciated by customers due to the creativity of the representatives. All customers were very excited with the skillful technique of Sala flowers piping made from Gold Label of Rich’s technical manager Than Thanh Long. In the workshops, he also shared the rise of a new trend using time-saving, convenient tools such as silicon animal-shaped molds. The combination between silicon animal-shaped molds and Rich's Chocolate Compound applied in Christmas cakes received lots of attentions from customers. In addition, the trendy applications like lava cheese yogurt chiffon, mirror glaze cake using Rich’s well-known products e.g. RICHMIX Chiffon Mix, Versatié, Niagara Farms, Avoset Pour N 'Whip became the highlight during the demonstration.

Coming to the workshops, the customers got to not only observe the beautiful cakes, but also try different cake and beverage samples. To increase the interest of the workshops, customers participated in the lucky draw to win gorgeous and lively cakes from the galleries.
