Rich’s Syrup – The fascination of “taste”

In November and December, Rich Products Vietnam introduced a new line of high-end syrup products to end-users through a series of launch events in major cities such as Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Nha Trang, Da Nang and Can Tho.

Rich's Syrup is produced, bottled in and imported from France – a country famous for not only romance and beautiful places but also for having the best syrups in the world. The main ingredients that make up Rich’s syrups are the extracts from fruits and flowers in nature. They are preservative-free and bring fantastic natural flavors. For that reason, Rich's Syrup’s color is natural and real, conveying the message "Flaveurs inspirés par Mère Nature" (Flavors Inspired by Mother Nature).

RPV chose to have the launch events at bars and coffee shops with creative, fresh and dynamic space that represents the applications of Rich's Syrup, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

Rich’s Syrup launch in Ho Chi Minh City received many positive responses from the customers and wholesalers, which paved way for a series of launches  across Vietnam, from Can Tho to Nha Trang, Da Nang and Hanoi. RPV hoped to bring excellence and delicious syrup products to customers with our sincerity.
 

In particular, Rich's Syrup launch in Hanoi was attended by Richard Ferranti—EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Rich Products—and Jeff Kim, APAC President. The event started with a Can-Can performance, a famous French dance from the 19th century. Following that was a confetti shower to welcome all the guests and a revelation of the secret main character of the event: a huge Rich's syrup bottle.
 

A French atmosphere occupied the whole room, from melodious French music to a romantic and luxurious setting, in which, the syrup sampling area was the most attractive one where the customers got to experience the flavors of Rich’s syrups and vote for their favorites by dropping marbles into corresponding glass bowls. During the event, customers also had fun interactions with the hosts such as learning the Can-Can dance or answering quick questions from Rich’s baristas for gifts; they also participated in a lucky draw. Those who participated in more activities had a better chance of winning prizes; some guests won 3 out of 4 awards from the event. 
 

This series of events was also where Rich’s top baristars gathered, such as Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy—a Rich’s senior technical sales reprsentative with more than 10 years’ experience, including 7 years as a professional trainer at Highlands Coffee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung—Champion of Vietnam Beverage Battle 2017 and foodservice brand ambassador of Rich's Vietnam; and many other baristars from different areas.
 

After the product introduction was the most expected activity: the demonstrations of creative recipes by Rich's baristas. The guests were very impressed by and generous with their applause for the skillful and eye-catching performances, resulting in a very exciting atmosphere.

Creating a product is difficult, but proving it to the customers is even harder. Fortunately, the trust and love that customers have for Rich Products Vietnam have remained unchanged. There is no word that can describe our happiness when we received the first big orders from the customers at the syrup launches.

Although this is just the first step of the journey and there will be many difficulties, challenges in the future, Rich Products Vietnam believes that our customers and associates who love and trust our products will help us overcome all the obstacles. In the end, there will only be happiness and success.
